Learn About Us

Shadow effect

Your child’s intervention team will be led by a Lead Therapist, a licensed clinician who has been trained in Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) methods.

Your Lead Therapist will meet with your family before treatment begins, and at least every other month during the course of your child’s treatment program.

Between Lead visits, on a day to day basis, your team is guided by a Program Manager, who keeps the Lead Therapist informed about daily progress, questions, and concerns.

The rest of the team includes Behavioral Treatment Technicians, paraprofessionals who carry out most of the actual treatment sessions with your child, following the instructions of the Lead Therapist. All staff members must pass a background check and complete an initial training program before working alone with your child. They receive ongoing supervision and support for duration of your child’s treatment program.
