Keri Kraus received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Child Development and Family Life. Her work with children over the past 25 years ranges from typical development in the early childhood setting to special needs.
Keri has been working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders for the past 14 years and as a Regional Manager, her passion is providing direct therapy with the children, as well as problem solving and collaborating with parents, caregivers and other service professionals.
Keri is a wife and mother of 2 children. To wind down, Keri enjoys attending a variety of exercise classes, as well as outdoor activities with her family such as biking and skiing. She also loves to try new recipes, work on a new knitting project or curl up with a good book.
Dr. Leventhal is a licensed psychologist who, since 2002, has devoted her professional life to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She holds a degree in School Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has pre-doctoral and post-doctoral training in developmental psychopathology, child development, mental health prevention and systems assessment and interventions targeting the parent-child relationship, family functioning, as well as school and community programming.
Dr. Leventhal has served as a Lead Therapist in Wisconsin’s Intensive
In-Home Autism Program and provided parent consultation and
direct service for children from infancy through adolescence.
Dr. Leventhal is passionate about children’s social development and
how children grow in the context of their relationships with caregivers
and through everyday activities.
She is certified in Relationship Development Intervention and has
pursued continuing education in mindful parenting, Early Start Denver
Model, and is a certified educator in Dr. John Gottman’s Bringing
Home Baby program.
Dr. Leventhal provides diagnostic evaluations, supervises in-home treatment teams and offers parent consultation to address the needs of children and their families who are affected by autism.
