Shadow effect

With expertise evaluating toddlers and young children, our licensed clinicians conduct diagnostic evaluations in response to concerns about a child's social engagement, social communication, flexibility and emotional regulation.

There are many tools to assess autism in young children, but no single tool should be used as the basis for diagnosis.

Diagnostic tools usually rely on two
main sources of information—
parents’ or caregivers’ descriptions
of their child’s development and a
professional’s observation of the
child’s behavior.1

Utilizing the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2) and Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS-2), our staff will perform a thorough evaluation of your child.
